We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Location:

You will be part of our niche technology team based in Gurgaon/Delhi, India. We are a hybrid work environment with a preference for four days in the office and one day working from home.

Role and Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Monitoring and Administration

The role includes responsibility for the administration, monitoring, and operational oversight of core infrastructure systems supporting the organization’s IT environment. Key responsibilities include the testing and supervision of backup processes for more than 20 servers to ensure data protection and recovery
readiness.

The role also involves management and maintenance of identity services, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra, ensuring proper user access controls, authentication services, and directory health.

Routine server patch management is performed to maintain system security and compliance. Infrastructure inventory and asset visibility are maintained through NinjaOne, ensuring accurate tracking of servers, endpoints, and system configurations.

Monitoring and observability responsibilities include oversight of SolarWinds, Splunk, and syslog aggregation through Kiwi Syslog Server to ensure system health, performance monitoring, and security event visibility.

The role also supports Azure infrastructure operations, including administration and monitoring of Azure networking, firewalls, virtual machines, and associated security controls.
